Nervous system educator. Somatic coach. Former “good girl” turned rule breaker.

For most of my life, I thought I was doing it right.
I was nice. Helpful. Put-together. Impressive, even.

But underneath the gold stars and good grades?
I was exhausted. Disconnected from my body.
Smiling on the outside… spiraling on the inside.
So regulated it looked like calm… but really? I was frozen.

I tried mindset work. Routines. Self-help books.
But nothing really shifted until I stopped trying to fix myself and started actually listening to myself.

That’s what nervous system work gave me.
Not a “new me.”
But a truer me.
One who rests without guilt, speaks up without shaking, and feels safe in her own body again.

With a background in kinesiology and biomechanics, I blend science with somatics, so you’re not just learning what to feel, but why your body feels it.

The Somatic Well was born from that transformation.

I wanted to create a space that was free, gentle, and real.
No performance. No pressure. Just powerful tools and simple practices to support you when you’re overstimulated, disconnected, or running on empty.

This isn’t about being calm all the time.
It’s about building the capacity to be with yourself, just as you are.
Because that’s where real healing happens.

Nervous system work isn’t just about “calming down.”
It’s about reclaiming choice.

It’s about knowing what your body is saying and responding with care, not control. It’s about making aliveness feel safe again.

  • Great question! I'm currently in training to become a certified somatic practitioner which includes in-depth trauma education and practical application.

    So while I lead with trauma-awareness, I don’t position this space as a replacement for therapy or trauma treatment.

    That said, The Somatic Well is built on safety, sovereignty, and honouring your body’s pace. Always. You’re the expert of your experience.
