The Better Your Business Women in Real Estate Retreat was created to make Realtors feel seen, supported, and valued not like just another number at a brokerage. Officially launched last year, the retreat brings women together for connection, education, and community in a way that feels intentional and human.

For this year’s retreat, Cher and Amanda wanted the experience shared both before and during the event, highlighting sponsors and partners in advance, and capturing the energy of the retreat in real time rather than only after it ended. We supported the retreat with pre-event promotional content for sponsors and collaborators, followed by day-of content creation, video editing, and unlimited story coverage throughout the event.

We also stepped in where needed with setup and on-site support, acting as an extra set of hands to keep everything running smoothly. This full-scope approach helped maintain momentum leading into the retreat, showcased the value of partners and sponsors, and extended the impact of the experience well beyond the room.
