Somatic life coach. Nervous system nerd. Former textbook good girl.

People-pleaser? Yep. Overachiever? Also yes. Chronic apologizer? Absolutely. I built my life around being liked, needed, and impressive while slowly disappearing in the process.

I had all the mindset tools. I bought the 5 Minute Journal. I knew what I should do. But when it came to actually saying the thing, raising the price, or holding the boundary? I froze. Every time.

It wasn’t because I lacked discipline. It’s because my nervous system was stuck in survival trained to equate safety with shrinking.

Everything changed when I stopped trying to fix myself and started coming home to myself.

Now, I help other women do the same. Through nervous system repair, somatic tools, and real talk, we unlearn the rules we never agreed to and rebuild a life that actually feels like yours.
