Let’s be clear about one thing:
I’ve never been good at following someone else’s blueprint.
That’s probably why I bounced from job to job during my teens and early twenties. Trying on different roles like outfits in a change room. I wanted to try everything. But the shoe never fit.
And somewhere between burnout and juggling four jobs, I realized I wasn’t living for me.
I was living to be liked. To be impressive. To be someone my parents could brag about at dinner parties.
But on the inside? I felt numb. Lost. Disconnected from everything that made me… me.
That was the start of the long way home.
Not the neat, polished kind. The messy, nonlinear, somatic, real kind with migraines, meltdowns, and moments of clarity sprinkled in between. I didn’t wake up one day fully healed. I woke up many days unsure, anxious, and craving a version of myself I hadn’t yet met.
But I kept going.

Because the truth is coming home to yourself isn’t a quick fix. But it is the most important journey you’ll ever take.
Well Within Studio was born out of everything I wished I had when I was drowning in burnout and still trying to prove I had it all together.
Here, we do things differently. We honour the body. We slow down. We unlearn the “shoulds.” We lead with intuition, not fear.
I work with humans who are navigating burnout, people-pleasing, big transitions, or the quiet ache of “this isn’t quite it.” People who want to stop second-guessing themselves and start feeling grounded in who they are.
And if that’s you…I see you. You’re in the right place.
Life Beyond the Resume
(because connection > credentials)
The travel bug bit me at just six months old and have visited 17+ countries since.
I have an unhealthy obsession with iced peach matchas. Sorry not sorry.
I’m a Cancer sun and a 4/6 Splenic Projector…(translation: I feel things deeply and give great life advice.)
After binge-watching Love on the Spectrum, I started asking my boyfriend where my Pandora’s bag is before every date. He’s… learning to love the bit.
Nature is my home. You’ll find me hiking, paddle boarding, biking, or mooching cottage stays with friends whenever I can.
My only true non-negotiable? My daily writing practice. Done before I check my phone in the mornings.
If you’ve ever read one of my posts and thought “Kristine, what did you just say??”…
Here’s your mini glossary of the words I use most often and what they actually mean around here:
somatics
Body-first work that helps you feel, process, and integrate experiences through your nervous system, not just your mind.
embodiment
Not just knowing something — but feeling it, living it, breathing it. Like, your values? Embodiment is walking them, not just talking them.
body-based tools
Tools like breathwork, movement, visualization, and somatic awareness that help you regulate emotions and reconnect with your body.
inner safety
That grounded feeling in your body that says: You’re safe now. You don’t have to hustle for love, validation, or worth.
wisdom
The inner voice that’s been there all along. Beneath the noise, beneath the shoulds. It’s not about learning more. It’s about listening.

TL;DR:
I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to walk beside you as you remember what’s always been true.
That your body isn’t the problem.
That your pace is not too slow.
That softness can still be strong.
And that your presence (not your productivity) is your power.
