What is Somatic Coaching?
Somatic coaching is a body-based approach to healing and growth that helps you reconnect with your nervous system, emotions, and inner cues so you can feel more grounded, resilient, and fully expressed.
Instead of just talking about what’s going on, we explore how it lives in your body: through breath, tension, posture, and sensation.
Many of the patterns we carry, from people-pleasing to burnout to shutdown, are rooted in survival responses that once kept us safe.

Hi, I’m Kristine, the founder of Well Within Studio and your guide on this journey.
I created this 1:1 coaching experience because I know what it feels like to be stuck…repeating patterns, second-guessing every decision, and feeling disconnected from yourself.
For years, I searched for clarity and confidence outside myself, believing the next plan, routine, or achievement would bring me peace. But true transformation happened when I learned to slow down, listen to my body, and trust the wisdom already within me.

That’s totally okay! We always start gently. You’ll be guided through practices like body scans, breathwork, or using an emotion-sensation wheel to help you notice what’s happening in your body. Even if you’ve never felt “in your body” before, you’ll leave each session with a clearer understanding of where you’re at and what’s possible.

This work focuses on your body and nervous system not just your thoughts. It’s about shifting how you feel and how you move through life, not just how you think about it.

Yes. Both the Anchor and Immersion packages can be paid monthly, or in full. If you need a different arrangement to make this work for you, just reach out. I’m open to conversations!

Absolutely. If you begin in Anchor and realize you want more support, we can adjust your package. This is a co-creative space, you’re not locked in. We move at the pace of what serves you best.

No problem! We will reschedule your session for another date. I simply ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you can’t make your session.

While I don’t hold a formal trauma-informed certification, I center consent, pacing, and choice in everything I do. You will never be pushed or rushed. This is a space where your body’s signals are honoured, and your safety is the priority.
