Hey, I’m Kristine — embodiment coach, nervous system guide, and the woman behind Well Within Studio.
I created Come Home To Your Wisdom because I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from yourself — to be doing all the things on the outside while quietly feeling numb, overwhelmed, or like you’re living on autopilot.
For a long time, I looked outside myself for clarity… for confidence… for a way to feel better. But what I learned is: my body already knew. I just didn’t know how to listen.
Through nervous system work, somatic practices, and learning how to slow down, I started hearing the messages I used to miss.
I started trusting myself again. And I started showing up in my life with more presence, softness, and truth.
This program isn’t about doing it “right.” It’s about learning how to be with yourself in a new way. With curiosity. With compassion. With care.

Somatics is a body-based approach to healing and self-awareness. It focuses on how your internal physical sensations — not just your thoughts — shape your experience, emotions, and behaviour.
Rather than starting with the mind, somatic practices begin with the body. They help you notice tension, patterns, or reactions held in the nervous system and create space to respond with more awareness, regulation, and care.

No experience is necessary! The program is designed to meet you where you are. You’ll be guided step by step through somatic exercises, reflective journaling, and practices that are simple, accessible, and easy to integrate into your life.

On average, you’ll need about 1-2 hours per week to engage with the content and community. This includes audio lessons, reflection practices, and connecting with the community on Slack.
Everything is designed to fit into your schedule, and you can revisit the materials at your own pace.

While this is a group coaching program, you’ll have opportunities to ask questions, share insights, and receive personalized feedback within the community space.
