Hi! I’m the founder of Well Within Studio, Embodiment & Nervous System Coach, and your guide inside The Somatic Well.

But more than that… I’m someone who knows what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body, burnt out from doing too much, and unsure how to come home to yourself again.

My own journey led me from overachieving and overextending to learning how to regulate my nervous system, trust my body, and build a life that feels spacious, grounded, and real.

Now, I support women in doing the same.

With science-backed practices, deep compassion, and a belief that healing happens in community, not isolation.
