For years, I lived in overdrive. Juggling four jobs, people-pleasing, and constantly proving my worth. Burnout felt normalβ¦until it didnβt.
Even with a background in movement science, even with therapy, even with all the "wellness girl" routines, I still felt like I was living from the neck up, trying to think my way into feeling better.
Then I found somatic work.
Everything shifted when I slowed down and learned to listen not just to my thoughts, but to my body. I didnβt βfixβ myself. I came home to myself.
Now I help other women do the same.
