NO MORE F*CKING GOOD GIRLS

You were never meant to behave. You were meant to be free.

A 10-week group coaching experience to help you burn the “nice girl” rule book, heal the patterns, and lead with unapologetic power. All rooted in nervous system safety, somatic wisdom, and inner truth.

You were raised to be a good girl
quiet, nice, accommodating.

But something in you always knew: you were meant for more.

More voice. More pleasure. More power. More truth.

No More Good Girls is where the rules dissolve and you come home to the
version of you who says what she wants, takes up space, and
leads her life on her own damn terms.

It’s not just a program. It’s a reclamation. A rebellion.

The kind that breaks cycles.

Where we get to be RICH AF because we are the first women
in our bloodline who can do do whatever the fuck we want.

Are you ready to play by your own rules?

You’re powerful and
you know it.

But you’ve been conditioned to shrink it.
You’ve spent a lifetime being the “good girl”:

  • The one who keeps the peace.

  • Who avoids conflict.

  • Who doesn’t take up too much space.

  • Who says yes when she means no.

  • Who stays small, quiet, palatable.

But, you’re so over that aren’t you?

You’re done playing by someone else’s rules.

LET'S TAKE YOUR POWER BACK!

The “Good Girl” rules are exhausting.
You didn’t make them… but you’ve been living by them.

No More Good Girls is for the intuitive, creative woman who lost her way

The one who:
  • Feels like she’s on autopilot in her life and wants to take the wheel back

  • Is exhausted from being someone she’s not

  • Wants to stop outsourcing her decisions and her worth

  • Is tired of following rules that weren’t made with her in mind

  • Wants to show herself (and future generations) that another way is possible

  • Craves connection with her body, not just her mind

  • Knows joy, creativity, and clarity are possible, she’s just lost touch with them

  • Longs for community because she knows healing doesn’t happen alone

What is No More Good Girls?

This isn’t a course to teach you how to be just about being “calm.”
Or “regulated.”
Or performing your healing so you can earn your worth.

This is about remembering the you beneath the performance + conditioning and letting her lead.

Inside No More Good Girls, we:

  • Name and unlearn the survival strategies we were taught

  • Release the narratives that kept us small

  • Build new neural and somatic pathways that support your full expression

  • Reclaim your voice, your boundaries, and your self-trust

  • Use the nervous system as a foundation, not a footnote

You’ll move. You’ll write. You’ll laugh. You might will cry.
You’ll be witnessed. You’ll break free.

LOVE NOTES

Okay...I'm convinced!

This isn’t about choosing feminine over masculine.

The you before the world told you how to be.

boundaries, and self-trust… starting with your nervous system.

THE CURRICULUM

001: RELEASE

Let go of the stories, systems, and survival strategies that taught you to shrink.

  • We unpack the “rules” you’ve internalized (be nice, be quiet, be perfect, etc.) and get curious about where they came from. You’ll name the words that shaped you… and choose new ones that feel more like you.

You’ll journal, reflect, and anchor your new identity through somatic practice, so those bold, stretchy truths feel less scary and more embodied.

  • We zoom out. Because this isn’t just personal, it’s systemic.

You’ll explore the patriarchal roots of “good girl” conditioning, the gender data gap, and why being overlooked has felt so familiar.

You’ll move through the grief, anger, and frustration with a practice that helps your body actually process it not just intellectualize it.

  • This is where biology meets embodiment.

You’ll learn how the nervous system actually works, why functional freeze is so common in high-functioning women and how to recognize your own survival patterns in real time.

You’ll map your nervous system, track cues, and practice regulation in a way that meets you where you are.

  • These weeks are intentionally built in! Not as a break, but as part of the work.

Your nervous system needs time to process, to apply, to actually feel the shifts and that doesn’t happen at full speed.

This is where we practice what we preach: that rest is a right, not a reward.

You’ll be guided through gentle reflection and invited to try a practice in The Somatic Well to support integration.

002: REMEMBER

Reconnect with the you underneath the performance. The one who’s always been there.

  • This is where we start unlearning the most potent “good girl” narratives keeping you stuck.

And we choose them together, based on what that feel the most alive for the women in the room.

    Maybe it’s “Be nice.”
    “Be perfect.”
    “Don’t be too much.”
    “Shrink to fit.”
    “Keep the peace.”
    “Don’t shine.”

Each week, we’ll take one narrative and trace it back to its roots, so you can see it not as a flaw, but a survival strategy. Something you learned… not something you are.

    Then we rewrite it.

Through somatic practices, embodied reflection, and nervous system awareness, you’ll start to anchor into the truth of who you are beneath the performance.

This is the part where things start to shift. Where your body learns it’s safe to take up space, unapologetically.

  • Once again, these weeks are intentionally built in!

003: RECLAIM

Walk in your self-trust. Speak your truth. Choose you, again and again.

  • This is where it clicks.
Where we stop just talking about self-trust and start practicing it.

You’ll build your personal “Hype-Me-Up List” to keep your confidence close. You’ll start moving differently; setting a boundary, asking for what you want, saying the thing out loud, launching the damn thing.

You’ll also learn what anchors you. The somatic tools you can carry with you… to the boardroom, the café, the family dinner table, or your kid’s dance recital. So you can stay rooted in yourself, even when the world pulls.

Because the version of you who trusts herself? She already exists… we’re just making it easier for her to lead.

  • This final week is about creating a ritual that brings you back to you again and again.

A reminder of your joy, your creativity, your aliveness, your power.

We’ll also move through an EFT (tapping) practice to anchor into the most expressed, unapologetic version of you, the one you’ve been reclaiming all along.

    And of course, we’re celebrating.
    You. This work. This community.
    Because self-trust isn’t a one-time decision. It’s a practice. A ritual. A choice.

And now? You have everything you need to choose you over and over again.

Say YES to all of you!
Let’s be really clear about something

This is NOT another…

🚫 “high-vibe hustle” program 🚫
🚫 mindset-only fix 🚫
🚫 one-size-fits-all strategy 🚫
🚫 performance disguised as empowerment 🚫

This is reclamation at the nervous system level.

The kind that doesn’t just shift your thoughts,
but rewires your responses.

Your Favourite Former Good Girl

Meet Kristine

I was the textbook good girl.
People-pleaser. Overachiever. Chronic apologizer.
The kind of woman who could hold space for
everyone except herself.

I built success by being liked, needed, and impressive
but under the surface, I was shrinking.
Filtering. Freezing. Fawning.

I knew what I “should” do.
I had the mindset tools. I journaled. I self-coached.
But when it came time to speak my truth? Raise my prices?
Say no without guilt?
I froze.

It wasn’t until I stopped trying to fix myself and started coming home to myself that everything shifted.

I didn’t need more strategies. I needed to unlearn the systems and stories that taught me that my worth was earned.

No More Good Girls was born out of that reclamation.
It’s the program I wish I had when I was unraveling the performance.

Now, I lead women through that same transformation not into a new persona, but into their realest, rawest, most whole selves.

I’m not asking you to become someone new. I’m asking you to remember who you were before the world told you who to be.

Yeah! I'm in...

Burning the rule book will allow you to…

 FAQs

  • Somatics is a body-based approach to healing and self-awareness. It focuses on how your internal physical sensations, not just your thoughts, shape your experience, emotions, and behaviour.

Rather than starting with the mind, somatic practices begin with the body. They help you notice tension, patterns, or reactions held in the nervous system and create space to respond with more awareness, regulation, and care.

  • No experience is necessary! The program is designed to meet you where you are. You’ll be guided step by step through somatic exercises, reflective journaling, and practices that are simple, accessible, and easy to integrate into your life.

  • I will do my best to schedule calls at a time that works for everyone. However, all calls are recorded and shared in Circle for you to review at any time!

  • On average, you’ll need about 1-2 hours per week to engage with the content and community. This includes video modules, embodiment practices, and connecting with the community in Circle.

Everything is designed to fit into your schedule, and you can revisit the materials at your own pace.

  • While this is a group coaching program, you’ll have opportunities to ask questions, share insights, and receive personalized feedback during our hot seat coaching calls & in the community space.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you already are.

The part of you that knows when to rest, when to speak, when to expand.
The part of you that’s always known what you need… she just got a little quiet.

She’s still here. Let’s bring her home.
